After sending two letters to the manufacturer pointing out that the repairs of my vehicle should be covered under the settlement agreement, they increased their "good will offer" but still refused to cover the full cost of the repair. I contacted Attorney Lee, she obtained a copy of the settlement agreement and provided legal advice for my third letter.
