I also asked for my hairline to be squared up in the back but not to just cut it up because that's how rookies deal with tough necklines... What's the first thing done? But when you're told, they understand, you trust them. I specifically asked for a simple neck cleanup, which took only a few minutes, yet they charged $20 for that tiny touch-up while a full haircut is only $35.
