I've asked multiple times for documentation showing how these charges were calculated or whether they were duplicated. I've never received an answer. They also failed to act on another enrolled account (Barclay, now owned by Portfolio Recovery) despite receiving the required documents. That inaction hurt my credit score further. I've filed complaints with the BBB and CFPB and still haven't received a full explanation or fair resolution. Avoid this company. There are far more transparent, trustworthy options for debt support.

It has been over 7 years now and they messed up the case so badly that is has been tough to undo what they did. Please, do no trust this attorney. He is part of a system that needs change and severe overhaul. He only sees dollars and convenience for himself. My kids told me after the case was settled by my other attorney that he only spoke to them twice in years. How is that possibly if you are their legal counsel? And he seemed ok with that. I can keep going on and on in further detail but it won't help anything moving forward. I wis there was some kind of legal repercussion for this on him. WOW... You guys are harsh.... I have been working with Robert for a while now and I can tell you…read morethat he has kept his word on EVERY occasion. Here are a couple of examples on how Robert helped me and continues to help me to this day!! .. 1st- Back in 2008 when the real Estate bubble crashed I decided to give back to the bank 9 properties because of failed loans and bad equity positions in the properties. I lost 9 years of equity growth in 1 year and each one of my properties were so far under water that it made sense for me to give them back to the bank. I ended up foreclosing on 5 of my 9 properties and my credit went to crap. I contacted Robert and he has been helping me repair my credit for the past 6 years and I can tell you it works. I started this out with a 750 score then it dropped to 300 after all the foreclosures it now sits at 689. with 2 foreclosures still on my report. Robert was able to get 3 of my 5 foreclosures to be deleted from my credit report three years ago that helped me greatly. Robert is still working on my file and has made headway, keep in mind that what he does for his clients (in my case anyway) is TEDIOUS and BORING work. Dealing with banks is a PAIN IN THE ASS !!.. If you don't want to do it and decide to hire someone like Robert then be sure to get him what he asks no matter how ridicules it sounds. The banks are a MESS and ask for stuff over and over and over regardless if you already sent it. There tactic is to stall and cause you to fail. It is NOT Roberts fault if the modification did not go through. Most of the time it is the client's fault, because they did not get him what he needed fast enough for the bank. 2nd - This second example has to do with credit card debt. I had about $55,000 on a BofA credit card that I had been using for real estate transactions and after the bubble popped in 2008 BofA decided to turn off the account. I continued to pay the card until I was told by Robert that he could help me. I told him to go for it and he did. Well I can tell you that he was able to negotiate with the bank so that all I needed to pay them to close this account permanently was $6500 - CRAP that was awesome I could pay that amount ONCE and the account would be paid and closed. I JUMPED at that, $55,000 paid off with $6500 are you kidding? How the heck did Robert do it, I have the signed contract to prove it. I am so HAPPY with his work that he now handles all my financial issues moving forward. I'll admit I wasn't the most responsible when it came to making payments on time and would more often than not just let my account go to collections. I simply didn't care, that is until I realized just how much of an impact having good credit is and the difference it makes in your quality of life. I couldn't qualify for a newer car, couldn't take out cell phone/change cell carriers, and forget about even thinking about owning my own home. The moment that made me realize it was one day, me and a group of friends from high school got together bbq and caught up with one another. Quite a few of them were already married, had kids, had nice cars and owned their home. As I heard them talk about their life and the joy you can see in their face is when I decided I needed to make a change. I needed to get on the fast lane to fix up my credit. I searched online and came across fix your credit consulting services. Honestly I was a bit worried at first, but after reading their reviews I decided to make the leap of faith and I am glad I did. They reviewed my personal credit file and got together a game plan to tackle all my debts and negative items on my report. They gave me the price that it would cost to clean up my credit up front and even gave me a monthly payment option. After the first month I saw a huge improvement in my score, with a lot of negative items being deleted off my report. Now it does take time and you'll occasionally go up and down in score but in the long run your credit keeps climbing just make sure your responsible with your credit usage and make payments on time. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to answer. Anytime I needed advice they were just a phone call away and I really appreciate that level of customer service. Fast forward to today and I have multiple credit cards open with credit limits I never thought possible. My credit scores have gone up to the mid 700s and I'm on track to buy our very first home together with my fiancée within the next year. All thanks to the hard working ppl at fix your credit. I really appreciate all of what you've done for me and my family. They even go a step further to help you thru the home buying process as well. If you have crappy credit and sick of all the collection calls I'd highly recommend them! Trust me a year from now (some sooner) when you can take out thousands dollar limit cards, buy whatever dream car you want and buy your very own home you'd be glad you went with them.
