Having decided my small business needed a tool to increase its efficiency in a variety of ways, I set out to develop a smart phone application my employees could utilize. Using this tool would hopefully ensure an overall superior work environment- One that would lessen the workload of our office staff, lessen the complications for our field workers, and most of all contribute to a better customer experience.
I searched High and Low for a team that could create what only my imagination had thus far. Stumbling upon RKC Design has been one of my better business decisions as the results have greatly exceeded my expectations.

-RKC went out of their way to COMPLETELY understand every angle, variable, and factor of what makes our business operate to better understand how this tool could be used for our benefit.
-RKC was extremely attentive to our questions and concerns. As with any process, confusion and questions can arise. These concerns were excellently handled putting me and my team at ease despite us being annoying with our repeated questions.
-RKC enlightened us to other possibilities for our smartphone app we had never considered
-RKC did it for a fair price compared to a variety of other estimates we received.
