Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. First technician came for a first visit for a $210 charge. Misdiagnosed the equipment by stating a switch was bad. The service for changing that switch was an extra $590 charge just to find out it was not the switch. Then tried to charge more saying it was possibly the voltage regulator. And it was not the voltage regulator either. Finally they dare to offer me changing the actual broken part for $9,000, yes, that's nine thousand dollars! I would never recommend them. Also they didn't even offer an apology or a refund for the bad diagnosis from the first visit. Do not trust this company. At least not for service or repairs. read more

Excellent quality build, but that is where it stops. There is near zero support after purchase and because they are using proprietary tech no one can work on it. Company is 50% owned by US and Canadian companies yet claim they have no English speaking support. They made an simple error in generator/ switch combination but will not remedy the error. Calls, email and what's app messages fail to be addressed. There are many options to purchasegenerators like Kohler, Power Star, MTS, Cummings, Aggreco, and custom builders​. Use this product as your very last resort. Investing in a generator is long term, you want a good company to support their product. RK is unable or unwilling, neither are good for you the customer. read more
