Hector Morales explained how background checks are completed on his staff, in all 50 states. That is unusually thorough, and I was impressed. They carry workman's compensation insurance for their staff, as well. Mr. Morales began his company in 2008, because he recognized there was a lack of quality agencies in our South Florida community. His own parents were aging, and required care at home. He was in the same situation many of us find ourselves in.
