So many pastries and breads to choose from! We of course had to try the famous guava roll which is croissant-like that also had cheese custard. The cute little pig like cookie was cute. I don't remember the rest but definitely enjoyed them all. Glad i was able to visit this social-media hotspot during our trip in March.

There is always a line outside, but it moves relatively quickly if you pickup. If you'd like to sit inside or outside, I'd definitely be prepared for a wait. The pastries themselves were expensive, but were filling. Overall, everything wasn't sweet enough and the flavors were very average. The guava roll had a tangy cream and there wasn't enough filling to pastry. The cacao roll also was tangy and had a waxy texture due to the nibs. I wished both were a little sweeter. The dulce de leche bun was also dry and very messy to eat. It did taste the best out of the three pastries though. My favorite from the trip was the beetroot juice, it was so refreshing.

I tried the custard danish with almonds and it was excellent. Flaky, lightly sweet, and the custard was just right. Service at the counter is quick and efficient. The team is fully staffed and clearly knows what they're doing, so the line moves fast even when it's busy. The space has a beautiful industrial feel, clean and modern but still comfortable. Their coffee is rich and strong, exactly what you want with pastries like these. Definitely a place I'd come back to when I'm in the area.

The pastries and service were delicious. While they do not have indoor seating, it was very pleasant to sit outside on the sidewalk and people-watch. We tried three different pastries: a plantain pudding pastry, a fruity meringue pastry, and a very unique peanut butter and chapulines cruffin. All were excellent. My only piece of constructive feedback is regarding the payment process. We had to pay for the pastries separately from the coffee, which made the experience less smooth. It would be much more convenient if everything could be paid for on a single check. Overall, it was a wonderful spot!

The service was attentive and friendly--occasionally a little slow, but that's part of the relaxed rhythm of being in Mexico. The outdoor seating is charming, surrounded by greenery and decorated with natural plants, which creates such a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. I especially enjoyed the Betty juice made with beets--it was fresh, vibrant, and absolutely delicious. The pastry selection feels endless, unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere in Mexico. During our visit, they were offering pan de muerto for Día de los Muertos, with a creative twist: a rich chocolate filling. It was outstanding! Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful experience here--delicious food, a beautiful setting, and a bakery that truly makes you want to come back again and again.
