My wife and I just closed on our new condo on 3/31 and we couldn't be happier -- not just with our home, but with the entire experience. We worked with Bryan and Christina for about a year, searching for the perfect place for us (and our cat ). Things really picked up in early 2026, and through it all, they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and responsive -- no matter the time of day or night. As first-time buyers, we had a mountain of questions, worries, and anxieties, but Bryan and Christina genuinely held our hands every step of the way. From casually browsing homes to submitting our first offer, all the way through a fast-paced 21-day escrow -- they made every stage feel manageable. They also connected us with amazing partners, including Nick Nagy for our loan (highly recommend him too!) and a fantastic escrow officer. We'd read all the horror stories about how stressful escrow can be, but honestly? It was smooth, seamless, and stress-free thanks to their guidance. And the support didn't stop at closing. Bryan and Christina are still there for us, answering questions whenever they pop up. That kind of dedication is rare and truly means the world to us. If you want agents who genuinely care and will be with you every single step of the way -- you won't regret choosing Bryan and Christina. 10/10, without hesitation.

She was a tremendous help in doing this, and was kind, helpful, forward thinking and just plain amazing through the process. She was able to get quotes from multiple contractors, and schedule the work. She also arranged for cleaning, appliance repair, staging, photos and open house. We got many offers after the open house weekend and she along with her team helped navigate through the differences in offers and contingencies. She even did some checking on the offers by talking with the lenders backing the offers. Ultimately Escrow was quite smooth. She did a great job for an out-of-town seller.

Marc also personally spoke with our bank (who was located on the East Coast) at all hours of the day to make sure they were looped in.
