I use them because I live out of state and I have family in the Fargo area. For Mother's Day this year I ordered my sweet mother in law flowers and had a greeting to go with it BUT I put the wrong delivery date. They reached out to me, before they were going to close shop for the day, and wanted to make sure of my order because I had the wrong delivery date and they could still get it delivered in time for Mother's Day. They took the time to verify and even though I goofed, they wanted to make sure they were delivered!! They go Above and Beyond! I will never use anyone other than Dalbol when I'm ordering flowers in Fargo!! My mother in law got her flowers and loves them!! THANK YOU Dalbol for caring and showing that you truly care about your customers!! -Diana McMahon
