This is really outdate info. It was decent place if still Holiday Springs but it was bought by a…read moreinvestment company P23 extremely irresponsible, unprofessional, and potentially dangerous culture. These people just want to make money and no history background in water safety or running pools (other than ones they buy with investors but being able to buy a white labcoat does not make you a doctor, right? no prior qualification, never EARN the right to own and run such a place). Just search Texarkanas water park drowning 2025 (4 year old girl). Many witnesses said they life guards froze, didn't know what to do, poor training, maybe not even certified because how you gone just stand there if you supposed to be certify in cpr? A retired nurse tried to do it but didn't help by then while the very very young immature inexperience teenage guards stood like statues in shock. If you go there, remember YOU are the only safety net for your kids. Don't count on anyone or anything else. Don't be lax or chilled. Stay vigilent. YOU are the life guard for your kids! Keep one kid per adult, no more. Keep them in reach of your ARM, no farther away. It takes 4 minutes to be brain dead from drown but only 30 seconds to already begin drown if you swallow water to your lungs. Water is fun but we not fish. Be smart. Be safe. Pray for ya'll.

The girls had so much fun. They have life guards but I think parents really need to watch their children just to be safe. It's a little expensive but definitely had a great time!! Oh and the concrete gets hot so water shoes will help you and your little ones

My family and I are visiting from out of town and have come to this place twice. In a nutshell-…read moreit's falling apart. The lack of maintenance is apparent all over the park-- cement peeling off from inside the pools and lazy river, faded paint on just about everything, you can just see that this place needs MONEY! The wave pool is laughable, the lazy river I just wanted to get out as soon as I got in, and there are areas all around the park that are closed down. The main pool, lazy river, and wave pool are absolutely disgusting and don't look like they are cleaned out very often (if at all). There really isn't much to do here besides the big main slides and the larger pool. We don't like being out in the sun too much, so we stayed around 3-4 hours each time we went. There are no kids rates, everyone pays the same price for a ticket. So having one child unable to ride most of the slides because of her age/height, didn't seem fair to pay full price. (I have a 4 and 6 year old.) As expected with a Waterpark, it's being run by teenagers. The amount of give-a-damn is apparent how they don't really even pay attention when telling you to slide. Whether or not the last person that slid down is out of the way, they don't care. Most of the time you are asking them "hey, can I go now?" Because there hasn't been people down the slide in a long time. This place does have potential, but it's definitely not being utilized at this moment. I'd love to see someone come in and fix it up, it could be an awesome place!

Very clean, the water is always refreshing, and my twin 12 yr olds always have a blast. We got a…read moreseason pass this year and it has been well worth it. The storage lockers are a bit pricey, especially since they do not have any small ones for at least a phone and keys. You have to get a $10-12 locker, or keep everything in your vehicle. We still enjoy ourselves, especially the Friday night events.

We decided to make the trip to this little park kinda spontaneously. We live just under 2 hours…read moreaway but we live in podunk TX so it's a drive to get anywhere lol! It was just my husband, our 15 year old daughter & myself. We wanted something small where she could go somewhere alone without any concerns. So my review is catered around what we wanted from the trip. We got the twilight tickets which were discounted since we got there at/after 3:00pm and they close at 6:00pm Pros: Small park. Almost everything was within eye sight from one end to the other. We had no concerns with our daughter going to any of the other areas alone. Clean water/pools. Attentive lifeguards who I thought were doing a great job. They rotated stations often, so they didn't get tired. Free water. Plenty shaded spots to sit if needed. It was not overly crowded while we were there. Bathrooms had wet floors but let's be real, that's to be expected. The floors were mostly clean and did not smell. Affordable- at the time of this review, the twilight tickets were $15.95 plus tax. Cons: Only one of the three larger slides (the fully enclosed one) was open. Not sure why, but possibly lifeguard shortage, as they only had one at the top of the slide and one at the bottom. The line moved pretty slow. Souvenir cups were priced at $37.80 with tax. We did not purchase one. Not enough tubes for the lazy river - had to wait a bit to get one. Tips: Wear swim shoes. The concrete does get a little warm on your feet. Bring sunscreen. Even tho there is plenty shaded spaces to sit, it's first come first served. Most of the park is full sun. Parking was $8-10 I can't remember exactly. A large locker was $8 for 3 hours. Overall I'd actually go back. 3 hours was plenty time in the sun, and was just what we were looking for.

They don't even try and keep the water clean or get the bugs out. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and the floors were covered with trash.
