Giving this lawyer a 1 star. Brandon Hilton was my attorney…read moreand I would not recommend him. I've never had an attorney that had nothing to say when it came to trail, that treated me like I was just another number and tried to forcibly make me quit my job because a workers comp claim. The company I work for wanted me to quit so I guess Brandon felt like it was his obligation to hop on the band wagon with them and offer me a horrible settlement and tell me to quit my job. It was then when I told him I don't want to lose my job and I won't take any offer that he has unless it involves me working again. Then he finally succumbed and put in the request that I return back to work only because I demanded it. He was supposed to represent me, but it certainly felt like he represented the company I was after for the workers comp claim. The value of this firm has dropped for me when I felt like I had a knife in my back. If I could give less than one Star I would. Glad others had a great experience though

As a result, I was charged with Refusal and DUI. His attorney fees are much cheaper than any other in the area and he was very informative as to every step I needed to take in a timely manner to get my license back quickly with zero hassle. I never had to attend a single court date, and even though it was almost a year later, he got the refusal charge dropped and the DUI charge reduced to a reckless driving charge with a $440 fine. I am so glad he sent me his letter, or I may have ended up with a very expensive "corporate" attorney who probably wouldn't have even known my name. His communication was excellent, and he always answered my questions quickly. Thank You! I highly recommend Michael O'Sullivan! A+++
