I've lived here for about 8 years, and it is usually a nice place, until you have a problem. If there is any problem with the parks electricity, sewage, water, landscaping, etc. it's immediately YOUR responsibility, not the parks. My trailer, that I am buying from the park, was illegally wired into the parks electric circuit. The wiring failed and blew most of my appliances. They refuse to pay because the wiring from the trailer to the pedastal is my responsibility, even though they had it wired in before I moved here. read more

Park itself is nice. Passive aggressive Hitler like management ruins it!

He patched and painted drywall, replaced entire sheets of drywall, replaced a tub/shower combo, installed a new vanity, laid some tile, installed flooring, etc. I cannot stress enough his close attention to detail!
