The place was nasty/filthy…read morethen and (most, not all) workers and the director at that time could have cared less about the patients and cleanliness of the place. Well, today (10/12/2019), I went back for the first time since then and it's still nasty, very nasty and two of the workers walking down the hall cursing very loudly. I see it's not changed a bit. That place is a disgrace! If you have friends or loved ones there, I suggest you do a complete check of their them and their rooms. It needs to be shut down, renovated/revamped and cleaned.

The nurses are pretty good, if the disastrous excuse for management they have somehow manages to keep the for more than a month or two. These poor patients. The building is disgusting and so old its probably out of code by now, the management and nursing supervisors don't have a clue what they're doing, the nursing assistants run wild and barely do they're job, and the residents are so unhappy. If you're considering sending a family member to a nursing home in franklinton, better make it Good Samaritans.

The staff are simply amazing! I was able to stop in with my referral after leaving my doctors…read moreoffice and have my first appoint within just a couple of days. The PT there actually came out and introduced himself to me while I was making my appointment, first impressions mean a lot. He is genuinely interested in what you have to say as a patient and listens to your concerns about treatments (I had never had physical therapy before) He was patient and compassionate. Once I started I was totally at ease and the staff was kind and friendly, they make you feel like you are part of the family. The music and all of the conversation between employees and patients, all the laughter and the smiles makes for a very relaxed environment especially on the days that you need it the most. I would never go anywhere else or tell anyone I know to go to any other facility. Thankful to have found such a gem in such a small town.
