After more than 30 years of owning a unit here, we decided to sell. The process on the part of the management company, the board, and the Riveredge attorney was cumbersome and unprofessional at every turn. Expect to take 4 to 6 months to close. It is beautiful area with nice amenities but there are rules, rules and more rules! I would give it no stars if I could. read more
