From start to finish, the GM was transparent and upfront about everything. He has been responsive and even with little logstical hiccups, with 3rd-party contractors, we felt we were kept in the loop. From my experience and research, the CAVCO brand was our best bang for the buck. I highly reccomend you give Palm Harbor your first consideration if you're in the market for a manufactured home.

It has been two years since we bought our home, we have been able to get one person out to do the…read moreextensive amount of repairs, and when he came out, he refused to do them. they don't return calls, They don't return emails, They don't get in touch with you period. when the guy finally came out to do the repairs he refused to do them, one of them included going underneath the trailer, and he said there was too many spiders, so my son went under there the next day there was two spiders under the whole area of the house, They take your money and do not follow through, our sink leaked, at the very back, we didn't know it, our floor is destroyed, I have two people that live next-door to me on each side, and they have the same exact problems, stay away from this company

They use the same set up company most of the time and those are worthless crooks as well. Left our home in shambles and work unfinished. These people are the worst in the industry

At that…read moreappointment we were greeted and honestly felt like we had stepped into the perfect business to buy our next home. We spent two hours with Lora Hawk talking about everything we wanted. At the end of our meeting we were told it would take three weeks to get a price. On 4/16 I emailed Lora to see if she had heard anything. She replied with an email that she would email the factory and get right back to me. We never heard back from Lora. On 4/19 I called Holton Creek Homes and talked to Jacob Hawk. He said "Your ears must be burning because I am working on your pricing and should be back to you tomorrow. Jacob never called back. I called again on 4/21 and talked to Lora Hawk. She explained that an employee at KIT Builders pricing department had left and it created a problem getting pricing. She promised that Jacob would have pricing on 4/22. On 4/23 I called and was told that Jacob would have pricing on Saturday --4/24 at 11:30 am. We waited for the phone call and at 12:00pm I called. Jeff Hawk took the call and said he was not aware that Jacob made a promise to have pricing for us. He then explained that Jacob was on an appointment. Later that day, 3:45, we received pricing from Jacob. On Monday 4/26 I called Holton Creek Homes to approve the pricing and ask what the next step was. I was told it would be an on site inspection and Jeff would give me a call. That was a week ago and we have not heard a word from Jeff Hawk or anyone at Holton Creek Homes. I have called and left a message for someone to contact me. That was at 9:30 am today and I don't think I will receive a call back. We never received a call back.
