I'm so grateful for his expertise and attention to detail, which undoubtedly saved my home from a potentially catastrophic situation. Wiring was missed as well as other problems with disconnected outlets. Work that was done was neat. Contractor requested 2nd payment prior to reaching the agreed upon time line in the contract and would only continue and fix wiring if advance payment was made to get cash into his bank account due to cash flow challenges. Contractor did not respond for 3 weeks and did not meet contractual agreement.
