About four years ago Littlewoods went out of business and left a huge empty 2 storey shop in the exchange centre. It is still empty now because of the stupid rates that the Centre owners try to charge people,the Market is dire because of the rates the Centre owners charge. Notice a theme here? The good folk of Rochdale keep being told that we will be soon getting a Debenhams,thanks for that,a shop everybody has had for the last 3 billion years,what's next, indoor toilets????
