River city shedding did an outstanding job shredding boxes of records at the last minute. I was told by the other shredding company to bring my truckload of items and they would meet at their office and there was no one there. I attempted several times to call them and left messages,but they didn't call back. I was very frustrated as I had driven 26 miles slowly to get there. Fortunately, I looked on line and found this great company. I spoke with Tiffany and she did not hesitate to solve the problem. Within 20 minutes their truck met me about 2 miles away and took care of everything in a very time efficient manner!
