River city shedding did an outstanding job shredding boxes of records at the last minute. I was told by the other shredding company to bring my truckload of items and they would meet at their office and there was no one there. I attempted several times to call them and left messages,but they didn't call back. I was very frustrated as I had driven 26 miles slowly to get there. Fortunately, I looked on line and found this great company. I spoke with Tiffany and she did not hesitate to solve the problem. Within 20 minutes their truck met me about 2 miles away and took care of everything in a very time efficient manner! We moved our offices and had a lot of papers to shred and River City had the best price and they were fantastic. They called before they got there, like they said they would. It took them 10 minutes to finish all the shredding and were totally professional. The machine is incased so there is no worries or ANYTHING!!
