The front office is poorly organized and managed. The front office staff is completely atrocious with their customer care, whether on the phone or in person. The fact they are so disorganized speaks volumes to their practice. If I was a Doctor here, I would be embarrassed to have these individuals representing my practice! UPDATE: My wife went to pickup my paperwork information after they "magically" found it. They didn't even ask for her name when she went to pick it up. So basically, anyone could go in there and "say" they are there to pick something up for someone and your HIPAA rights might get violated! Also, they complained about the "doctor" I named, despite telling me this WAS the name of the doctor I saw. So whether it was Dr. Buczek or Dr. Vidovic is inconsequential at this point, because apparently, even their front desk staff can't keep up. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I go to that doctor Bui at Consentra on Friday 29th of August, and he acted like he didn't even know why I was there, and he was wondering why I was sent back to him and I said "well Dr Buczek said that you would be the one to give the restrictions of what I can do when I go back to work", he said "no whatever he (Dr.Buczek) says is what goes.
