Extremely friendly they are in my opinion one of the best bars in michigan....thankyou rivalrys...you rock

"Why bother?" That should be the slogan of this place. There's no food at all - not even chips or popcorn - so it tends to be the kind of place where people stop in, have a beer, and leave. They decided to start having weekly Trivia Night on Thursdays. I'm a trivia addict, so, I went. They started in early March, 2023. For 7 consecutive weeks, we played trivia and had drinks. We had 3 different bartenders, because apparently nobody wants to work there? Although only the first bartender actually waited on everyone in the place. The second and third girls, ignored us completely if we sat at a table (so we had to go up to the bar and get her attention) and spent a lot of time chatting with one or two friends of theirs who seemed to be there to hang out and help them complain about the horrible concept of working for a living. We missed one week of trivia, due to being out of town. The next trivia night - 4/27/23 - we were in the car heading out, when we got a text from the trivia host that they had been fired, and there would be no trivia. Seeing as the drinks and service were limited, and there was no menu, I see no reason to go back. read more

So glad this bar is open again for business! We have always loved going to Rivalry's for many years. The bartenders are very sweet and attentive. Love the new updates that have been made! read more
