I called up my normal [big company that advertises car insurance repeatedly] insurance person that has my auto and home insurance and he told me that they don't do errors and omissions and that he (himself) had his policy through the Dyer offices. I called up and a real live receptionist answered. Everyone was out for a meeting that afternoon. I made contact with one of their brokers the next day and the whole process moved along with phone calls and e-mails until I had a binding quote for my professional liability insurance.
