So this painting had more sentimental meaning than anything else we had brought back with us. Upon first walking in to Belle Meade and being greeted by the lovely woman at the front- I knew that we were leaving our painting in good hands. We both inspected the painting as we unrolled it from the tube. I went over my concerns and fears of possible cracking because of the temperature changes it had endured during transit, and we discussed our preference as to how we would like it re-stretched. She seemed super knowledgeable and Belle Meade definitely gave me a feeling of being experienced when it comes to doing such work. Belle Meade did an AMAZING job! They re-stretched it perfectly! Exceeded our expectations in every which way. The painting now looks how it looked when we had it hanging in our home in Mexico. They have also gone above and beyond for us. As we were dealing with moving in to a new place- they held on to our painting until we were settled in. They also arranged for the delivery of the painting as our car is too small. Seriously can't say enough good things about the quality of work and quality people that work there. We plan on having another custom painting done by the same artist in Mexico of our other cat. We will 100% be taking it to Belle Meade for the re-stretching.

I was planning on moving closer to the store I was going into when they opened. I don't think there are any businesses opened before 8 in this shopping center. Your business opens at 10. Two of your employees pulled up next to my car. Only one directly on the right side of my car. She opened her car door and slammed into my mirror. Both employees were looking back displaying a face of disapproval while they walked into work. I'm going to assume it was due to my parking job. Which yes not all the way in my spot. The parking lot was EMPTY why park next to someone you deem is parked wrong? Park one spot over or in another row. ‍ I watched them walk into your establishment, so that is the type of people you have employed. All because I parked 6 rows from directly in front of your store around NO other cars. Completely unnecessary and rude. Knock on my window and I would have gladly moved if they needed these exact spots. I'm not a confrontational person. So why the negative review. Because I had time after school drop-off and I was trying to have a few minutes of time before running my errands.

When I picked up the completed frame I was unhappy that the watercolors were mounted using only corner adhesive so the edges were rippled. They explained how they treat clients' submissions with minimal adhesive to protect the valuable artwork. I told them these were only valuable to me as this is a "vanity project."
