Well there are a number of issues. No WiFi for starts . Waiting online for ever and ever. Now they took away plentiful rewards. In return gave me 2.00 for each thousand points. I had near 4000 got six bucks. Now it took more than two bucks to get 100 points. This was very disrespectful to customers I'm personally not happy and probably going to CVS very soon. The Manager of the store is a very nice man Larry. I'm pretty sure he's not happy either with what the company has done. However he's doesn't say anything because he's loyal to Riteaid. When you have elders to take care of and your standing in line and can't call them or answer phone because of no service ( WIFI). You have to get out of line walk outside for service make the call then get back of line again that's bullshit. read more

Love shopping at Rite Aid. There are always coupons and rewards to use and they have a wide selection of everything frim food to toys to medicine. I find myself shopping here when Boyers next door either doesn't have what I want or is asking WAY to much for the item (which they usually do). Rite Aid has salvaged my night more than most. read more

They bought the gas station operations from Hess and are switching them over to their branding. Pros: They have a decent loyalty program that emails me coupons once a month. Cons: They sell a 54 oz. fountain drink but don't stock a straw long enough for the cup. The place is on the small side. But the biggest con is that they don't stock Pennsylvania-based junk food. They stock Twinkies but no Tastykakes and Frito-Lay but no Utz, Herr's, Middleswarth, etc. I guess people eat Lay's in the Midwest, but I don't know anyone in this part of PA where Lay's would be their first (or even second) choice for potato chips.

The pharmacist who assisted seemed nice, but the intake person was unprofessional and was complaining about another pharmacist at the Lehighton Location. I guess it's stress? Maybe bad blood? The staff and employees of all ages, are courteous, and helpful in every way imaginable. It is a store I enjoy shopping in.
