Long story but I hurt my neck recently and it hurt so bad I decided to see a chiro. Ironically I brought my mother to physical therapy where Dr John works out of. So it was the will of the gods I suppose! lol I went about 10-15 times to get my neck back to a tolerable level of pain. Truth is, I am worried about my neck due to the damage it has sustained for many many years. So I went for treatment because I was in agony and had few options. I'm glad I went to see him. His treatment did the trick. I would not go to any other chiro than Dr. John.

The staff at the entrance are always busy but not to busy to greet you and give a welcoming hello and there's more than 2 people at the front desk. You are escorted to the back where you will find a dozen physical therapist doing their magic as well as a dozen patients receiving a magic dose. They do have a lot of equipment and tables to utilize and the do have a pool. Even though there are a lot of people in there, no one is bumping into each other and they are not crowding anyone's space while practicing social distancing. I see the sanitizing after ever single piece of equipment was used I wasn't to please about the escort because there was no greeting at the initial contact or introduction, the just called you're name and walked you to the back but on my 3rd visit Rebecca made me have a change of mind as she greeted me and explained everything that she was doing which made me realize that people work differently and deal with people different. The thing to keep in mind is that they have a job to do and must cater to more than 1 person at a time. My sessions has ended but if I need to vine back..... This is the place for me.

After the incident, I called Aetna insurance to make a complaint and report the incident. , They conducted an investigation, and agreed with me that I was not given the best care possible, causing an injury to a different part of my left leg. Over the years she has worked with a few different trainers and has had great success with all of them. They are very knowledgeable and will push you hard to achieve the maximum workout in a session. PTI offers different programs based on the number of sessions per week you want. They are very flexible with scheduling and in addition to your training sessions you can come in anytime for cardio.

The place is kinda small...when you walk in,…read morethere's a tiny training area to your left with a pitiful selection of free weights, some therapy bands, medicine balls, ONE lifting bench, and ONE squat rack, along with some other small pieces of equipment. The rest of the "gym" is composed of about 12 cardio machines on the right side and 12-15 universal weight lifting machines on the left. Most of my workouts were on these universal machines. They basically had me do one set for most body parts on these machines. A little bit of work with free weights, a bosu ball, and suspension straps, but not much else! For a guy looking to cut up and add muscle, this was NOT what I was looking for! Universal machines are not ideal also because they force you to follow a confined, unnatural path of movement. Compare it to using free weights where you have to use your core and other parts of your body to stabilize, support, and lift the weight! The workouts were ok, the trainers push you I guess, but I would say this place is geared more towards the suburban house wife who doesn't know what to do in a gym and/or wants to lose 5-10 pounds. Another thing that bothered me...most of the people that work there aren't friendly at all. One meat head with a goatee couldn't seem to ever muster a simple hello every time I came for a session! You would think they'd want to be friendly to maybe drum up some business! Every time I came, he was the first person I saw, and even though he was standing around doing nothing waiting for his next client, he never said a word! The nutritionist was a nice lady, who seemed to know a fair amount, however she didn't really help much with my needs. Again, I think she's more used to advising older more heavy people to lose some weight. Overall, I would not go back to this place or recommend it unless you had some kind of deal. Ideally, I'd say save your money and go to a real gym with better equipment and more friendly trainers!

It was pretty scary at first, specially being at the care of others and having to trust that they know what they're doing while being afraid of anything happening to you, again. Like falling or getting it more damaged. But the girls there have had a great deal of empathy, & have been very caring. They have a lot of patience and have cheered me on throughout my recovery journey, which has been an emotional rollercoaster as well. Today I'm walking with a boot, no pain as of yet. Jen was super friendly & quickly got me & my cousin settled in the back waiting area. The office was nicely organized & have a nice subtle vibe. As I filled out the paper work Jen introduced us to the massage therapist who was waiting on a client & Jen gave her rave reviews as well. When the Doc finally got down to the consult, I was ecstatic as she was on point with all her assessments of my spinal care. Dr. Dana gave me the full works with heat/shock & that fabulous table that swivels like you are on a ski doo. Excellent experience & I felt better too. Jen stated she will let me know if they take my insurance & I asked about packages as I will definitely be back as the experience was amazing.
