Whoo HOO is right! This is what you want in a nice resturaunt in the old part of town. Classic cooking in a clean modern setting with excellent wait staff and super friendly people. Just a quick side note, if you want to learn how to cook they do have a way that you can learn and then eat what you make during lunch, not sure of details but I am sure if you call they can help. This place does speak a little bit more english than rest of Termoli but again a little language of the locals will help. Back to the food, again just nothing that you can order here will be wrong the one highlight is the Soupa Pesce which is translated to fish soup. I actually did not order this but a table next to us did and were so nice they had extra made and poured for us. Simple yes taste unbelievable! So many layers but so light, I wish I could have this every time I get sick back home as it would instantly make me feel better.
