This small local restaurant was everything we were looking for in terms of tasting local Sardinian flavors. We were the only foreigners in the restaurant and were very curious about the food they had to offer. We literally went down the list of appetizers on the menu and ordered anything that we didn't recognize which means we ate lots of snails and some other things that I can't even name. We also ordered a grilled orata that was cooked to perfection. For dessert we had to try the traditional seada which is like a large raviolo filled with fresh pecorino sardo, deep fried then served with a heavy drizzle of honey. Everything we ate was delicious and the service couldn't be more welcoming and kind. The gentleman serving us seemed even more exited than us as he watched us enjoy our meal so much. He even sent us off with some local Sardinia cookies. Definitely give this gem of a restaurant a try if you enjoy eating great local food and friendly service. read more
