We were seated in a private room (without even asking) and were treated to a multiple course (I lost count!) specially prepared meal and wine pairing Italian extravaganza! For each course, Biagio came out to explain the history and ingredients of each perfectly sized dish. We were treated to marvelous wines during and cheeses, desserts after the meal.
