Without any precipitous incident, she then abandoned representation and sent all our original estate documents without any notice whatsoever to an address she knew was defunct, losing all our original estate documents. We didn't find out what she had done for several years until we tried to communicate with her about our estates via email as always and despite still being active at the firm, she refused to reply to our inquires. Firm also refused to make right when we asked that it cover the re-execution of new originals to replace the ones lost, which ended up costing us thousands of dollars to replace. Never had an experience with an attorney who behaved this unprofessionally with such blatant disregard for our legal interests and needs, violating business and professions code as well as standards and ethics regarding confidentiality, informed consent, communications, and terminating employment. Avoid at all costs.
