I had him with a case a few years ago and he is very unprofessional and doesn't listen to client needs. I ended up removing him from my services and hiring someone else. He is expensive and not worth losing such a great amount of precious finances fot such a lack of services. read more

I had the unfortunate opportunity to work with Mr. Ringer as he was assigned as the city attorney to my assault case where I was the victim of assault. Mr. Ringer called me up the morning before the case was set and basically tried to bully me into having the charges lowered to a disturbing the peace charge. I didn't feel that Mr. Ringer listened to my questions and concerns and tried to steamroll me into doing something that I didn't think was fair. He started screaming and berating me when I tried to ask him questions. This was a very upsetting situation because I had been assaulted and had to have a double-neck fusion to repair the injury. I was the victim so I cannot imagine how he treats people who have been accused of a crime in his private law practice. It is important to have a lawyer who listens and is supportive. Mr. Ringer spent half the time bragging to me about his participation in the "good ol' boys" of Gillette. If you don't want to spend most of your time stroking Mr. Ringers enormous narcissistic ego, then I recommend finding a lawyer who is professional, courteous, and cares. A very unprofessional attorney and anyone who considers retaining him for representation in court should be WARNED. I retained Mr. Ringer over a issues between my former daughter-in-law and myself concerning visitation with my grandchild. I personally feel that during the course of Mr. Ringer's "representation" on my behalf, that he actually violated his obligations to follow the rules of professional conduct and crossed the line into a "conflict of interest." He took over $6,000and did not fulfill his end of our contractual obligation. He had a meeting with the daughter-in-law (opposing party) and I wasn't present, he coached her ( basically helped her win in court against me.) He didn't go over what he was going to say to me in court so I was unprepared for the questions he threw at me. I felt as if he was working for her, and not me. It was insulting. After court when I told him how disappointed I was in his failure to represent me, he ignored me, he was yawning as if I wasn't even there. He also was checking his phone. He was immature and unprofessional and I really would hate to see another person go through what I did. Save yourself the trouble and find a better lawyer, but whatever you do don't hire CHRISTOPHER RINGER. read more
