I told her I was coming in. I came in the store and immediately did not feel welcomed nor was I greeted immediately. Apparently not the woman I spoke on the phone with. I told this woman what I wanted and she said come back in an hour. Had I known that I would've never came to the shop. I was told over the phone that they would work with me and help me create a beautiful bouquet. After asking for the woman I spoke with who was busy. The lady frustratingly asked "do you wanna just add flowers to this vase of flowers?" Which tells me she was trying to rush me out of there. I did not appreciate the gesture. They were not accommodating and was not the most polite experience I had entering a flower shop.
