Ordered a case from them, received confirmation of order with delivery date, requested delivery a day later than informed, received confirmation of new day, THEN NOTHING APPEARS ON THAT DAY !
Spoke to them and promised an immediate update of tracking and a return call, NO CALL BACK ! I then called them back and told I would get a call and in the conversation they mentioned their suppliers name! Still awaiting a call from them decided to call their supplier who told me that they had not received an order from them and the case was not in stock, I called Rimmers back informing them that they had no record of an order at their suppliers, also informing them that they had no stock to send out.
In business a companies worth is how it responds to a problem !
