Jason is extremely personable; he takes the time to answer your questions and makes sure that you understand. He wore shoe covers when he entered the house as well. When he left, you didn't even know he was ever there. I had the inspection report in a very short amount of time as well. His inspection is very thorough. You can conveniently pay online so it makes the whole transaction and interaction a smooth one. I will certainly be recommending Jason to others that need a home inspection or a 4-point inspection for their insurance company. One of the best out there! Thank you, Jason!

UPDATE (June 2026):…read more Update: We just had John back out for our 11-month builder warranty inspection, and once again, he proved to be the best investment we made in our home! With our builder's warranty about to expire, we wanted absolute peace of mind. John brought out state-of-the-art tools, including Infrared Thermography (Thermal Imaging), to map surface temperatures and check for hidden moisture, mold risks, or missing insulation behind our walls. He found things we never would have noticed on our own!As always, his communication was perfect, he was right on time, and his pricing remains completely unbeatable for this level of elite service. True to form, he delivered our incredibly thorough, professional report less than 24 hours after the inspection. If your one-year warranty is coming up, do yourself a massive favor and call John. He is a true professional who consistently goes above and beyond! ORIGINAL (July 2025) We had a fantastic experience working with John as our home inspector. He was punctual, responsive, and provided an extremely thorough and detailed inspection report. What really stood out was his follow-up after the inspection - he took the time to check in and see if we had any questions, which we really appreciated. His pricing was very fair - we compared quotes from three other inspectors, and John's rate was not only competitive but came with a level of service that exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed with his work that we've already hired him to come back for a follow-up inspection after our builder completes the necessary repairs. We highly recommend John to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional home inspector.

The report was clear enough and covered the basics I needed to know. However, the experience after the inspection was less positive. Over the following week, I received multiple emails asking--sometimes practically begging--for a five-star review over multiple platforms. I understand that small businesses rely on feedback, but the persistence felt unprofessional and unnecessary. It put a sour note on what had otherwise been a decent experience. Overall, the inspection was fine, but the pushy follow-up makes me hesitant to recommend without reservations.

We made an offer on a home close to their asking price. It was such a nice looking home but someone like me, your average first time homebuyer, has no idea what to check for. We received a full inspection report. The gentleman was very personable. We were very satisfied. He came recommended by our realtor and was reasonably priced (I've had four inspections in two other states so I know about how much is charged). I'll try to add more later, I have the business card at home with all the info.
