It happened in "sunshine" room where they have babies up to 18 month old. They do have a video cameras in each room, but they don't have voice recordings and I would have never known my daughter was treated so horribly. Teachers extremely unprofessional. They came from the era of Soviet Union where it was ok to scream and mistreat babies whenever they feel like it.

I can't attest for the food that kids are being fed, but I do know that it's home cooked and smells delicious. The best part is the caring teaches! Same ones have been there for years. They know all the kids and are very friendly, caring and nice. Michelle (director) is so accommodating and sweet. Just recently I asked her to take some pictures of my child's birthday party. She emailed them to me same day. Natasha, the owner, is very polite and open minded. She is almost always there helping take kids to parents when they are being picked up which says a lot. I'm mostly impressed with all the activities that are offered. My kids learn so many songs and poetry it's amazing. Every show, there is an elaborate production!! And there's been very little teacher turnover (my 2 yr old has had the same teachers that my 4 yo had). They are caring, attentive, nurturing and know the smallest details about your child...it shows the level of care and attention that is paid to the children. My girls have also learned so much here. They have a solid "curriculum" for each of the classrooms. My 4 yr old knows all her letters by sight and can write them all. She's starting to write words now too. She can also count in Spanish and knows her colors and other random Spanish words. I researched daycare centers high and low prior to selecting Chesterbrook.
