Both campuses are near parks for younger kids and the H.S. is a great place, from seeing older kids of my friends, to develop character and get a good education. My two older kids love the middle school. Both principals are very kind and polite. Also has growing diversity in a rural area. The middle school teachers and staff really go above and beyond from my kids' experience and really do a good job looking after the kids, caring about our families, and teaching them. The middle school and H.S. have to be one of the top schools in the area! Aledo is going to be more like Bettendorf in the future - a safe, fun, family friendly city with sports and education that is competitive and fun!

There was obvious racist remarks and bullying in the classroom yet did nothing about it. Not to mention we the students barely get to defend ourselves in certain situations, they'll either say it's a lie or just gaslight you into doing smth in that situation. Not much I could do when I used to be young, I wouldn't put your child in this school is all I have to say. Also they have no idea how to talk to children saying they have no future or won't make it in life.

Some of the exhibits felt narrow so really difficult to go back when winding paths over bridge and nature scenery. Gift shop was a bit disappointing.
