They can't wait to leave and not be at work. Whenever it gets close to closing time they are trying to get you out of the door. They close the wet area too early in my opinion. My car was booted in the parking lot even though I had a parking sticker. It took the person about 45 to get the boot off. I've been affiliated with the YMCA since I was a kid and this gym isn't representative of the Y as a whole.

She has been so loving and welcoming to both my 2 year old and my 9 month old since day 1. She keeps all the parents informed and she goes out of her way to make the school feel like home for all of the children. The teachers in both of my children's rooms are just wonderful. I couldn't ask for better. I don't worry in the slightest when I drop my babies off. I know they're in competent and loving hands. But, in the end, are thrilled that it pushed us into our current situation with FAR better and trustworthy care, where questions are answered with thoughtfulness and collaboration; lacking any harassment, condescension or bullying like we received at this facility from the director.
