Originally we wanted to go on a bike tour but we were told we had to book in advance and they were unable to accommodate that day (they tried to make it work for another day but we had a tight timeline) Recommendations of places to see an a potential route were very appreciated and they checked the bikes before giving them to us and gave a short overview. They are a bit classic in their setup - lots of pen and paper - so it can take awhile to get stuff together. I'd recommend them for renting bikes for their friendly service, inexpensive prices and quality of their bikes.

The nice person helping us gave us a map with specific directions and recommendations for food at several destinations. When we set off we had no idea what these bikes were capable of, we got the electric mountain bikes, and they were super powerful and capable of some nasty terrain. The boost helped so much that we could cut through Rocky Mountains with ease. On the way to one of our planned stops my chain snapped, I called them and they brought me a brand new bike.
