We had them inspect our septic tank and because of their subpar inspection, we had two floods in our newly purchased home. We were not informed that they did not complete a full inspection of the septic until we received our receipt. Horrible customer service and unwilling to admit when they have done wrong. There are much better companies that do COMPLETE and thorough inspections for the same price.
