Even through COVID, these men have been on time and helpful. I had the service for eight years, and then a wheel came loose on my can in early September. I called the day after Labor Day and was told it'd be replaced within two days. Nothing. I e-mailed a follow-up and was told it'd be done by September 22. Nothing. I contacted via e-mail, the website, and phone multiple times, and finally got an e-mail response saying it'd be completed by October 18. Nothing. The men came to collect on October 19 and left the can -- now without one wheel -- on the side. I called to cancel, thinking that, at the very least, I'd get an apology for failing to follow up three times. Nothing. The woman was nice enough and refunded my most recent payment. She said they'd be around to collect the can soon -- which is really funny given that if they'd just do that, I'd stay with the service! -- but I don't expect that to happen at all. I imagine I'll end up having to get rid of it myself in the future.
