While renovating a small house - I purchased a European style refrigerator on line from the east coast. Well, of course after a few months - I had a problem. The digital read-out went out. Still under warranty - I contacted the seller in NJ. They fumbled around for a week or so - trying to find someone local who would do warranty- covered service. They finally found Rick. The manufacture company already determined what the problem was - ordered the part - sent it to Rick - and he was johnny-on-the-spot in making arrangements with me to get er done.
