My V-twin takes and odd size tire 280/40R20. I emailed Rick's Harley thru Ebay to find out some more details re: shipping. No response. Mid June I ordered a tire from Rick's Harley on Ebay. I hear nothing. A week later I receive the confirmation of my request from ebay with a confirmation number (June 21). I checked my credit card and Rick's Harley has charged my card. Meanwhile still no response to any of my emails. So I send another email to Rick's Harley (July 07). You guessed it, no response. So I find Rick's website, go to contact info and send an email to this email address (July 07). Guess what? No response. I decide to start correspondence with Ebay explaining that I have not receive my tire and I made them aware that Rick's Harley is not responding. A week later Ebay send me an email asking if Rick's Harley has responded (July 18). Still nothing. A few hours later Ebay emails me and states they could not get a shipping number from Rick's Harley. Translation: Ebay cannot get a response from Rick's Harley either. Ebay then send me an email stating they have refunded me all the money since Rick's Harley is not responding. Harley in the US has really high service standards. Too bad Rick's Harley does not. read more
