OK... this is a typical convenience store/gas station setup, and normally I wouldn't even bother writing it up for Yelp. However, I have a story... You see, I stopped here to get some gas and a drink before continuing on my journey home to Florida. Somehow during my stop, I got confused or something, and set my wallet down and never put it back in my pocket. Cue three hours later, when I have just gotten through Jackson, Mississippi (actually I was in Richland), and I pull over to look for a place to sleep for the night, when I discovered my wallet was missing... 150 miles away. Now, I was on a motorcycle, so in my head at the time I was imagining my wallet scattered all over the highway somewhere between those two points. And it was 5pm and getting dark. No chance of going back along my route in a futile hope to find my wallet somewhere on the side of the road. Much tribulations later, I managed to secure a hotel room and with the money that a very kind stranger had handed me, I had enough cash to get home again... just. However, sitting there in the hotel room thinking about the many things I was going to have to do in order to recover things like various ID's, credit cards, etc. I received a phone call from Rick's Express. They found my wallet, and were holding it for me! The next morning, checked out of the hotel, hopped on the bike, and rode back 150 miles and collected my wallet, with great thanks to the crew at Rick's Express who really saved my bacon! read more

Not sure if we should stop here due to all the one star bad review, but we were pleasantly surprised at how clean, fully stocked, full soap dispenser, empty trash cans both inside and outside and how friendly the clerk was. we stopped down the road for coffee at a Love's and it actually wasn't as clean as Rick's was. The bathroom stall doors were solid wood with no gaps or spaces around it top to bottom and had two locks. Five stars! Smelled great too! read more

On my way back from vacation me and my family stopped here to use the bathroom and get a snack. I bought a hershey cookie and fudge stripe cookies for my sister. It wasn't until we got back in the car i opened my cookie and saw it had mold growing on it and expired in 2023. I went back in and reported it to the staff. I checked the rest of the box of cookies for their expiration dates and they all expired in 2023. after we left my sister checked her cookies and they were 3 months expired. Along with all of that I waited in line for several minutes with a line of people behind me because both registers were closed and the staff seemed to ignore the customers. read more

Ricks Express 7 on 3718 S Highway 65 82, Lake Village, AR.. I stopped here for my Family and I can use the restroom and grab a snack and a drink at 1:00am. The building was all lite up and there was two vehicles, and two or three 18 wheelers- which one didn't have a cab and there was no one in the vehicle. The music was playing outside. I went to go instead and it was locked. I cant find no store hours on the door and I couldn't find it online. This is ridiculous! Put up store hours so people can find it and learn to properly close the store if you're close; turn lights off, make sure the music is off, etc etc. read more

Stopped by here with my family late at night for a restroom stop. Literally had nowhere else to go for miles. We were worried to stop here for a potty break bc of all the bad reviews. But the workers here were working hard to clean the entire time we were there and the bathroom wasn't overflowing with trash and even tho it may not be the cleanest bathroom the stalls were spacious and the doors are big and give lots of privacy. A lot of bathrooms always feel hot and this one felt cool and was well lit and smelled nice. There was also soap in there too read more

I know it's a small town and I'm in large towns all the time but I felt that this store wasn't safe - it just felt sketch. The bathroom could stand some cleaning, the employees were alright but could be nicer, Judy everything was subpar. read more

Bathrooms are so disgusting, like absolutely so disgusting. And no soap. All trash cans outside are overflowing with trash. Tiles throughout the place are missing and filled with water. read more

Don't forget your hazmat suit! Floor tiles popping off. Restrooms were worse than any porta potty I've ever used- sights & smells. I didn't even want to put my shoes in my car afterward. "Now hiring." I saw someone walking out with "heat em up eat em up." Hard pass. If I can't trust you to clean your restroom, I can'y trust you to clean your kitchen. How does one contact the local health department? This place needs condemned until they can hire adequate staff to serve the public. read more

Zero stars. This place is horrible Not only did they not clean their parking lot of ice for their customers they are the most rude people especially the manager. Five cashiers standing around and not one could check me out. Made me wait 15 to count a drawer down the girl couldn't count right and has to keep counting till she got upset and walked out and another girl had to recount her drawer for her yet again. We were so thankful to see this place. There had been very few gas and bathroom options before we pulled into this place. We were also famished. The chicken tenders were fresh and delicious. Catfish and egg rolls were also great. Fueled up and ready to go another 300 miles. read more

Nice travel stop on a long road where there is hardly anywhere else to stop that doesn't look sketch. The bathrooms were super clean, which is uber important to me when it comes to travel stops. The associates were nice also. read more

Worst convenient store I have ever stopped at. If I could give zero stars I would. The restrooms were HORRIBLE! There was urine and poop in EVERY toilet. The restroom had not been cleaned in a very long time. The two employees I saw behind the counter were not busy and should be checking restroom especially with COVID! I hope Rick's Express is not an example of what Lake Village, Arkansas is like. read more

Second chance I've given them. Two hours until closing and no coffee, very old food in warmer and very overpriced items. Won't be going back. Not impressed AT ALL!!! read more
