This is a fully automated, chain-pulley system. Obviously, the chain snapped, trapping several vehicles inside the wash and even more waiting in cue. The Manager and on-duty staff swiftly assessed the situation, cleared the vehicles and issued everyone a credit for a future wash. We were very impressed with the professionalism and timely manner in which the situation was rectified.
