These guys make it simple & easy to get your CPR & First Aid update when you need it. I have now…read moreused them twice - once for CPR only and once for CPR & First Aid as a combo. The courses are really affordable. There is an online learning component to the first aid course so that they can provide shorter face to face sessions which I love. The CPR update takes about 3hrs. Add on first aid as well an it's 5.5 hrs including a half hour break for lunch. There's a good mix of practical application (with the beloved CPR dummies, bandages and epi-pens etc), lecture style info, PowerPoint slides, videos and general discussion. My trainer on the most recent occasion was James and he made it interesting, relevant and funny. His practical real life experience was invaluable in the examples he shared with us of scenarios where he provided first aid or CPR assistance. We even managed to finish about 20 mins early. Bonus! Another big plus is that once you have attended a course once with these guys, they send you a reminder when you need to enrol for an update - awesome way to ensure your qualifications don't expire!!
