I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. Scott is difficult to work with and argues about everything. They never pinned (used spacers) on any of the tiles on our floors, leaving them uneven. After tiling the entire house, he blamed the tiles. I hired another company to replace the worst ones and they could see none were pinned, none used spacers as Scott had said. The unevenness was entirely caused by him and his sons who did the install, not the tiles themselves! Stay away from this company.

I was impressed at how thorough the estimate was compared to the other two estimates. In addition, Sam seemed very knowledgeable, was receptive to answering all of my questions, and he and his wife Susan have been in business a long time and were always very responsive to text messages, emails/and phone calls. That is how I arrived at my decision to accept their estimate. I am pretty indecisive when it comes to making important decisions (selection of color(s), and I found Sam to be very patient with me, even encouraging me to go to the Sherwin Williams store in Port Orange to select free color samples. Once my decision was made, Sam was on the job early every morning, and typically stayed until 3:30 pm each day. He and another painter named Tom, transformed the appearance of my home from gray and faded to blue and vibrant. I was very happy with the final outcome.
