While traveling from Mesquite, Nevada to Fillmore, Utah our 15 year old chihuahua who has a heart murmur and is on 4 medications wasn't doing well. She stopped eating, wouldn't take her meds, appeared maybe to have a mouth infection because of horrible breath and was very lethargic. We googled vets and came across Dr. Anderson. I called him from Mesquite and explained the situation, he said he'd be avail and is only 35 minutes from Fillmore in Delta. So as soon as we got to Fillmore we dropped the trailer and headed to Delta. When we arrived he was very gentle and upon examining our Honey (that's her name) said she was dehydrated and put an IV drip in her. He also said it appeared that her kidneys could be failing thus her bad breath. With that he then prescribed an antibiotic for her and crushed her pills making them into liquid to take via a dropper. He sent us on our way and told us to watch her and let him know how she was in a couple days. Well, he called us the next day which we were very impressed by and we happily informed him, that our little Honey was like better. She started eating again, drinking water and was steady in her feet. He of course said that was great and then explained to us how to liquify her medicine for the rest of our travel period and when we get home and need more he would be happy to mail it to us and he would be happy to talk to our vet and explain what he did for our Honey. Dr. Anderson gave us such a peace of mind and more than enough medication to get us through the rest of our travel, in our opinion he went over the call of duty and is a wonderful veterinarian. We absolutely recommend him

With the wonderful help of a neighbor, we wanted to help cover the cost to spay and neuter a particular mother cat and her male kitten. I called Central Utah Animal Hospital to get the prices for their spay and neuter services, and was delighted at the reasonable cost. As I write this, the two cats are in the office today for their surgeries. Thanks to Dr. Anderson and his fine staff for providing such great and reasonably priced care.

He was in rough shape with his coat and I warned them it was his first groom, had high anxiety, and not to push through if he's too stressed. They called me back after 2 hours and told me they muzzled him due to his biting around his face. He had nicks on his legs, and neck. (Maybe why he nipped) Not to mention my little guy has a double coat and they chose to shave him down. Never going again. The assistant was so sweet though. She made a point to recognize that my puppy was very anxious during the groom, and she was very understanding of my situation. She's the only reason I'll give two stars. Dave came over to meet our Alaskan Klee Kai 4 month old puppy for an initial consult and in house…read morepuppy training. The lessons he provided right off the bat were appreciated and implemented. Seeing how well she responded we wanted to immediately start her in his 3 week course as AKKs are known for darting and not listening. However, Dave said "Let your puppy be a puppy and contact us in a couple more months." I really appreciate him saying that. We continued training her at home while enjoying her puppy bonding time and 2 1/2 months later dropped her off. Three weeks without her was hard but we did it! When we picked her up we found the same happy pup but with added obedience. She even retained the training we taught her at home (we have a dog door bell system to signal outside for potty). Her auto-sit while walking and sit+stay / down+stay on leash are quite impressive and you can tell how proud she is when performing these commands as well as sitting at the door waiting to be invited in/out. In the back yard she's perfect with 'heel' but in the real world she's still a bit excited. That's expected with her breed and we will continue to train daily with the skills Dave taught us. Loyal K-9 is highly recommended for obedience training. While it was hard not to have her for three weeks it really has paid off. Thanks Dave and Cathy!

David and Kathy were great, they kept our dogs for 3 weeks and the results were amazing. I wanted…read morea trainer that did not use treats or shock collars and I finally found David who trains by commands only. Although we need more training then they do, David works patiently with us too. We went for our dogs graduation and learned how to continue their good behavior.
