I inquired via their website (Desert Sun Toyota specifically, not Desert Sun Motors), and was contacted by an employee who set me up with an appointment with Mr. Saul Velasco. It was a perfect match! Not only is Saul extremely personable, friendly, charismatic, but he is honest, upfront, and looking out for your best interest. I was torn between two vehicles and he helped me decide by looking at short term and long term goals. He was practical, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall just made me feel super comfortable and confident in doing business with him. You go into car dealerships expecting to get slighted or cheated in some way. I am a huge skeptic. I don't trust easily, but Saul earned my trust and I can vouch for him for sure. I purchased a used vehicle and she is running fine. We had a little hiccup within the first 15 days of purchase, but Desert Sun Motors took care of the problems without any chargers. They were minor issues and they handled them. She's running fine *knock on wood*. Working with Saul was incredible. The money was handled with a gentlemen named Nick who isn't as warm as Saul, but he got the job done. There are plenty of dealerships in the area and lots of competition. Add Desert Sun Toyota to your list of places to check out. If you do not want to go in person, then look at their website online and see what they have in stock. Check out Desert Sun Toyota and ask for Saul! :)

Service is amature at best. 2020 4 runner only serviced @ the dealer. Daughter deployed to Asia,…read moreso I am shipping the car to the next base. I removed the skid plate doing an oil change, only to discover that they 'lost' 1 of the 2 the locating spacers. How? There is a sturdy star washer to hold them on, so it must have taken some effort to remove them, Not something that would 'fall off'. What kind of place employs mechanics that throws away parts to a customer's car, then refused to replace the parts when they get caught? I called and asked (both to the Service advisor and Service manger) that they replace the spacers and clips for free. They said the car came from Del Rio Texas, and they think Del Rio must have 'lost' the parts, and that they don't remove the skid plates for oil changes. News flash; in 2020 they did not have an access hole for the filter so the skid plate must be removed for every oil change. Paying the premium cost to have it serviced at the dealer, and they somehow lost and/or did not notice 1 of the spacers was missing? Save the excuses. The best part, the spacers are $20.00 retail; probable $8 their cost. I ended going to my local dealer and buying them. Don't waste your money on service or anything else here, This place is a money laundering operation, not a car dealership. Find yourself a real mechanic; it won't be @ Casa Toyota.

Had a car that was 3 years old they were trying to sell at new prices with no warranty. My folks…read morewere trying to find something dependable so they looked over at Casa Toyota. Nothing but liars work here. My elderly parents offered a more than fair all cash price for the vehicle and they told them they couldn't accept the offer and then told them the car sold. (It hadn't!) They then sent the car to their lot across town to sell it there. My parents see it again and talk to another sales person and the same exact thing then happened at that dealership. Offered the same price, told they couldn't take it even though it was still giving them a nice profit on the sale, but wasn't the max price the car would sell for. They told them someone else was coming to look at it and then told them it was sold. It's still listed as available on their site! Do NOT deal with these liars at any of the Casa dealerships. If you don't want to accept a deal, that's fine, but quit lying and pretending you have someone else to buy it and that it sold when you just move it from lot to lot!
