We have a will and paperwork but wanted to ensure a smooth transition in an already difficult time. Calling to schedule a free consultation was super easy, the front desk was very polite and quickly transferred me to an attorney to discuss a brief overview of services requested. We scheduled for the next morning and our meeting was incredible. Carter was generous, courteous, knowledgeable, and down to earth (words I don't describe most attorneys with). If you're looking for an attorney and want help with the loss of a loved one look no further! We parked at a nearby garage and had our parking validated; it was very easy!

My attorney, Mr. Joe King Jr., defended me during difficult times following a work accident. He was dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for my case. Mr. King was exceptional; he navigated the situation with ease, and his negotiation skills are truly outstanding. I entrusted him with my case, and I am grateful for the successful result. The staff at the firm were also fantastic--professional and treating me like family. I especially want to acknowledge Dianna Della-Calce, Mr. King's paralegal, who kept me informed about each step of the process. Then gave me the laziest attorney I've ever spoken to (Freddie Williams) based in Birmingham.. while I live in Huntsville Alabama. This attorney, if you can even call him that would go weeks without responding to me, I would have to call and remind him to send out letters and to follow up on leads. I found phone numbers for him, Insurance providers, Etc. He literally didn't do anything the entirety of my case. And then the icing on the cake? I Message him a week ago to follow up on a lead I gave him and he doesn't respond. So I message him again today "Could you please give me a message back or a call, I never get responses from you " he calls me 5 minutes later and says "Mr Hester we couldn't find the insurance company so we've declined your case" keep in mind i opened this lawsuit back on OCTOBER 16th. So you're meaning to tell me... this big lawfirm who guarantees success and hard work couldn't find out something as small as a insurance provider? No. My lawyer was lazy, sloppy and rude. The receptionist dont care, and their lawyers are negligent I will be making a complaint to the Alabama board about this and doing what I can to make sure they dont get the chance to do this to another person Don't trust this firm. I've already found a different representation that's done more in the last 2 hours than he did the last 3 months. See the screenshots where he just doesnt respond to correspondence from his client.

You're probably afraid of what's to come, apprehensive about appearing in court and praying someone can help you and take your stress away. I know because I've been there. I was literally living with a warrant for several years, in fear and hiding, before I too ended up here, deciding on an Attorney to represent me. I chose The Crumbley Law Firm and as they say, it was already written that everything was going to be okay. The staff was always kind, courteous and professional whenever I needed to call the Law Office. I came in to speak with Russell and dumped the weight of my issues on his desk. He put them in my folder and immediately took over as of that day. I left his office feeling like I'm no longer alone. I have a whole Law Firm behind me. My case was pretty damn bad. But Russell simplified it by just starting from the beginning and rode it out until the end. I was able to get my life back after running for years. No more nightmares. No more feeling like I'm not worth anything to society. I couldn't have done it without Russell's leadership. He literally set up an appointment with the JUDGE over my case. I didn't even know that was possible! I'm not telling you to allow yourself to get a warrant or to run from the law. That was the stupidest thing I could've ever done. What I'm telling you is this...
