Dr. DiMario understands the need of patients who may need emergent care and/or unusual toe injuries such an ingrown toenails. Dr. DiMario office did something out of the ordinary and got me seen on a day that he normally does not see patients in office. Without Dr. DiMario making that adjustments and understanding the discomfort I was in, I am not sure of what I would have done to have resolve/relieve the pain of my toe. Dr. Dimario is very compassionate and you can tell he loves what he does. He knows his craft well, and has a great bedside manner. I had injured my foot, and thought for sure it might be broken but he assured me it wasn't and within just a few days in a splint it was so much better.He saved me a much dreaded visit to the emergency room. Dr Dimario arrives late for his appointments. Overheard receptionist being asked why appointments are always one hour late. Told Dr. Had an emergency. Patient's reply, "he has an emergency every time I come." I waited 40 min. For first appointment. Overheard him yell at an elderly patient while I was waiting. Made second appointment for 10 am, first appointment of the day. Dr. arrived to the office with his dog at 10:30 am then sat in said office another 10 min. Before coming in exam room.
