Honestly, fuck this business establishment. They did my taxes incorrectly and the IRS audited me and was charging me $12,000 in addition to keeping my $2,500 refund. I called the business, emailed them, sent texts, I even reached out to Emily servino via Instagram out of desperation. It took them 2.5 months to reach back out to me. If I would've waited for them, IRS would have charged me taxes, penalties and interest on the 12k. Hundreds of dollars later after I taking my taxes to two other professionals to look over and correct the mistakes that these guys made, I didn't have to pay the IRS 12,000. It blows my mind that if I would've trusted their "expertise", I would not have a cent to my name today. (Oh and by the way, once they did reach out to me they wanted to charge me $150 dollars and hour to fix a mistake they made. Their prices to originally file people's taxes are double the going rate!!! And on top of that, they don't know what they are doing) Go to HR block, you will save thousands. AVOID!!! AVOID!!! I have gone to richard for years and he and his team has always been fast on the response (has always been same day response) I got a letter from the irs one year in regards to an issue with the amount claimed on mortgage interest and richard guided me through what to send back to the irs and helped me get it resolved . I worked with Collin last year and he did a great job as well and helped me get my wife her ITIN. I have recommend all my friends to see them and they have had good experiences as well. We used Richard Ma in 2017 and 2018. We didn't go back this year...funny how the Universe works. Glad we didn't, because....We received a letter from the IRS about our 2017 taxes, stating we owe X amount of money. On the website, its states that their email is only checked 3x a week during the off season. Ok, no problem. I sent multiple emails starting from day I received the letter, to their general email and to Richard with no response. Would've been nice to at least get a response to set up a phone appointment. Oh well! H&R Block to the rescue!! read more

I had a great experience with Pauline. She was thorough and really helped me avoid big tax hits. They are decent priced compared to other places. I am a new business owner and really had no idea what i'm doing! She was patient, really knowledgeable, and talked through everything with me. She helped me itemize and really thought of every possible deduction to get me the best return. I think this is the quality you can expect from any of their associates. I was able to get in and finish my whole business filing in one appointment. (make sure you have all the items you need!!! or else it will cause delays) She let me know they are fully booked for the rest of the season. I think this says a lot about their work. I wish I could have seen this page before I have done my tax return with Colin ma, I filed my tax return for the year of 2017, yes, you see it right, that's about two years ago, and this year when I file my current tax return with a different team that they discovered that on the tax return Colin ma had done had a significant mistake that he doubled entered my income on my tax return, which results me overpaid my tax for that year, what made me mad is when I inquire them about this issue, I never heard or even felt that they feel sorry or apologized in any way, and they questioning me that it is my own responsibility to check the contents, come on, if I have an ability to check it, why should I pay them to do the job, and their rate isn't cheap either, the problem is the price you paid isn't worth for the services you received at all, cause as a whole professional team, they can't even double check the work they have done before they send it over to IRS, I am glad I have only done business once with them. read more

Poor customer service. I was referred here by my money manager to have this service review completed tax forms that were incorrectly completed and understandably, I tried to be patient as I sent my tax information to them during a really busy season. 3 weeks later, I still have NO idea where they are in the review process. Admittedly, I submitted documentation after they requested it in a follow up email. I've had to call their office 2 times and spoke with Richard's assistant. While she is pleasant and professional, she had no additional information about the status of review. I believe I made an error on my returns and was inquiring if they might be able to review and assist in amending a return. Now, I'm on the search for another person to assist, as I need a better strategy on dealing with this return. I would not recommend based on my experience currently. I would have appreciated some proactive communication on their part. read more
